1. Installation points

3. Daily maintenance

1) The temperature of the heat transfer oil should not exceed the maximum allowable temperature. After being put into use, samples should be sampled and tested every 2 to 3 months.

2) Different oils cannot be mixed.

3) The temperature measuring instrument should be checked frequently to ensure the accuracy of the measurement.

4) During the operation of the heater, if it is found that the oil temperature is difficult to rise, the cause should be found immediately and eliminated in time.

5) The filter should be inspected and cleaned regularly.

6) The equipment should be operated and maintained in accordance with regulations.

7) Before the electric heater is used, a leak test must be carried out to prevent the electric heater from malfunctioning or problem, which may cause an accident.
